Walter Ufer

Walter Ufer was an artist born on July 22, 1876, in Hückeswagen, Germany. He held citizenship in the United States and was educated at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Ufer was primarily known for his work as a painter and specialized in the genre of portraiture. His career came to an end when he passed away on August 2, 1936, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
