Volcon, Inc. is an electric powersports vehicle company. The Company is engaged in developing and building electric two and four-wheel motorcycles and utility terrain vehicles (UTVs), also known as side-by-sides, along with a complete line of upgrades and accessories. The Company offers a range of motorcycle and UTV, or side-by-side, products that are all-electric and for off-road use only. Its two off-road motorcycles include the Grunt and Runt that offers a range of up to 35 miles. Its UTV product consists of Stag and Beast. The Company allows riders to use their phones and its application (app) as a dashboard to set ride modes, check battery status, and update the bike's firmware. Its motorcycles and UTVs are designed for family off-road adventures, work on the farm or fun transport around private land. The Company exports its vehicles and accessories in Latin America, Canada, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia.
