Vitas, born Vitaly Vladasovich Grachev on February 19, 1979, is a Russian singer-songwriter, musician, composer, and actor. He was born in Daugavpils, which was part of the Soviet Union at the time. Vitas holds citizenship in both Russia and the Soviet Union.
