Tim Phillips (born November 30, 1990) is an American swimmer who was born in Haimhausen and has been competing in college swimming. He began swimming at the age of 5, primarily for safety reasons, but later found it to be his true calling. He is also known to partake in other sports, such as soccer and golf, for leisure.
Phillips was educated at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and had an impressive college swimming career at Ohio State, where he contributed to the team's first Big 10 Championship title in 54 years by scoring in six events. He also participated in the NCAA Championships, earning All-America honors and eventually winning a bronze medal in the 100 fly during his senior year.
In addition to swimming, Phillips has an interest in studying medicine. He currently resides in both the United States and Germany, and his occupation is within the sport of swimming.
