The General NRG, also known as NRG and formerly known as NRG Esports, is an American esports organization formed after co-owners of the NBA's Sacramento Kings purchased the LCS spot of Team Coast's League of Legends team.

January 11th - GarrettG joins NRG Esports.[2] Sadjunior leaves.[3]

January 8th - Jacob is released from the team.[4]
January 18th - jstn. joins NRG Esports.[5]
October 13th - Chrome joins NRG Esports as coach.[6]
2019
July 5th - Coach Chrome leaves the team.[7]
July 7th - Fireburner retires from competitive play, remaining under contract with NRG Esports in an inactive position.[8][9]
July 25th - Turbopolsa joins NRG Esports.[10]
September 5th - Fireburner is transferred to Cloud9.[11][12]
October 14th - Sizz joins NRG Esports as coach.[13]
2020
June 10th - NRG signs SquishyMuffinz, Turbopolsa is moved to an inactive position on the roster.[14][15]
June 25th - Turbopolsa is transferred to Team Envy.[16]
2021
March 2nd - musty joins as substitute.[17]
April 28th - NRG sells the naming rights of their Rocket League team to The General.[18][19]
August 30th - The General NRG extends the contracts of their current roster consisting of GarrettG, jstn., SquishyMuffinz and Sizz.[20]
