Taye Diggs, born Scott Leo Diggs, is an American actor known for performing in various films and television shows. Born on January 2, 1971, in Newark, New Jersey, Diggs holds citizenship in the United States. He currently resides in Los Angeles.

Throughout his education, Taye Diggs attended several institutions. He studied at Allendale Columbia School and School of the Arts in Rochester, New York. Later, he furthered his education at Syracuse University.
