Tandberg is a Norwegian company, developer and manufacturer of high—definition video conferencing equipment, telepresence solutions and mobile video communication solutions. The company was engaged in the supply and maintenance of video communication equipment in more than 90 countries around the world.
In December 2009, the American company Cisco Systems became the owner of 91.1% of Tandberg shares[2]. The deal cost the buyer 19 billion Norwegian kroner ($3.3 billion).
