The only poker player to win a World Series of Poker main event three times as a result of tournament play (Johnny Moss also has three titles, but he won the first one as a result of player voting). On top of that, Unger has long been the only player to win a WSOP main event on his first try (only Chris Manimaker repeated the feat in 2003). He also has five WSOP bracelets.
