The Company’s fleet consists of 131 wholly owned, finance leased or bareboat chartered-in tankers (42 LR2, 12 LR1, 63 MR and 14 Handymax).

Scorpio Tankers was incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands on July 1, 2009. The Company’s principal executive office is in Monaco with an office in New York, NY.
In April 2010, the Company completed its underwritten initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, or NYSE. Our common shares are listed for trading on the NYSE, under the symbol “STNG”.

The size, quality, and technical specifications of our vessels along with the commercial and technical expertise of our people provide innovative maritime solutions which facilitate our ability to serve a wide variety of customers by carrying a diverse group of cargoes across the globe.
The Company operates its vessels in the Scorpio LR2 Pool, Scorpio LR1 Pool, Scorpio MR Pool, and Scorpio Handymax Pool. These are spot market oriented pools aimed at increasing vessel utilization and thereby revenues. By operating a large number of vessels as an integrated transportation system, commercial pools achieve economies of scale through providing greater flexibility and scheduling efficiencies.
Our experienced management team has strong industry relationships with leading charterers, brokers, financial institutions, and shipyards.

Through the diligent efforts of our ship staff and our shoreside employees, we strive to safely and efficiently transport valuable commodities for over 200 customers around the globe.
