Roger Guillemin (born November 11, 1924) is a French-born physician, neuroscientist, and biochemist. He has dual citizenship in France and the United States. Guillemin studied at the University of Burgundy and the University of Montréal.

He is best known for his work in the fields of neuroendocrinology, as well as being a doctoral advisor to Wylie Vale. Guillemin was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1977 for his discoveries in the field.
