Robert Englund

Robert Englund (born June 6, 1947) is an American actor, film director, and writer, best known for his notable work in A Nightmare on Elm Street. He was born in Glendale, California, and holds United States citizenship.

Englund pursued his education at various institutions, including the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, University of California, Los Angeles, California State University, Northridge, Oakland University, and Granada Hills Charter High School.

Throughout his career, he has primarily been recognized for his work as an actor. In addition to acting, he has also ventured into film directing and writing.
