Riverside Mfg., LLC is an American company that designs and manufactures electrical systems and products for harsh environment vehicles and equipment. With the purchase of VisionMark, Inc in 2007, Riverside Mfg. also designs and prints industrial labels & graphics. Riverside Mfg.'s headquarters, research & development building, and electronics manufacturing plant are located in Fort Wayne, IN. Riverside Mfg.'s industrial labels & graphics building is located in Sidney, OH.

1947 - Company established.

2002 - Riverside is purchased by Fred Merritt.

2007 - Riverside purchases Transportation Systems Technologies (TST) in Indianapolis, IN
