Richard Reid Dobell

Richard Reid Dobell (January 27, 1836 – January 11, 1902) was a Canadian politician, merchant, and person of prominence. Born in Liverpool, England, he was educated at Liverpool College. Dobell eventually acquired Canadian citizenship.

During his professional life, Dobell was involved in politics and worked as a merchant. He had at least one child, Charles Macpherson Dobell, who is known to be his offspring.

Richard Dobell passed away on January 11, 1902, in Kent.
