Richard Li is a politician and entrepreneur born on August 11, 1966 . He is the founder of Pacific Century Group and the son of billionaire Li Ka-shing . Richard Li was educated at Stanford University and St. Paul's Co-educational College . His father is Li Ka-shing and his mother is Chong Wei Ming .

Richard Li is the owner of several companies, including ViuTV , FWD , PineBridge Investments , and the Hong Kong Economic Journal . He also goes by the alias Richard Li Tzar Kai . The Hong Kong Economic Journal is a subsidiary of Pacific Century Group .
