Respilon Group

RESPILON is a company known for developing, manufacturing, and selling nano-fibers for unlimited usage purposes. The company was founded in 2013 by Roman Zima, in the Czech Republic.

The company is developing masks that are capable of isolating and killing viruses in response to the threat of the Coronavirus. A typical mask is a product that protects the people outside of the mask from the wearer in order to capture germs exiting the wearer. A respirator is used to capture particles in the air, but they don't filtrate pathogens. RESPILON is developing a nano-fiber mask that is capable of protecting the wearer from his surroundings and the other way around too. The mask is to be made out of two barriers. The first is made out of copper dioxide nano-particles which would kill the virus immediately. The second is a nano-fiber barrier that protects from the virus penetrating mechanically as well as other solid particles or pathogens.

The face mask is called the Protective Facemask ReSpimask. The mask works against viruses, bacteria, smog, mites, mildew, and dust particles, pollen, and other allergens. RESPILON also makes respiratory shields called R-shield. It is designed with the same materials as the facemask.
