Peter Welch

Peter Welch is an American politician and lawyer born on February 5, 1947 in Springfield, Massachusetts . He holds American citizenship and is currently based in Washington, D.C. . Welch's full name is Peter Francis Welch .

Welch received his education at various institutions. He attended Cathedral High School in Springfield, Massachusetts and continued his studies at the College of the Holy Cross . Following his time at Holy Cross, Welch went on to pursue law at the UC Berkeley School of Law . Welch had David Park, a computer scientist, as his doctoral advisor during his time at UC Berkeley .
