Otto Ribbeck (born July 23, 1827) was a German teacher and scholar who was born in Erfurt and held citizenship in Germany. He received his education at the University of Bonn and later went on to become a teacher. Among his students was Tadeusz Stefan Zieliński, a prominent Polish philologist and historian of literature. Otto Ribbeck passed away on July 18, 1898, in Leipzig.
