OMD OM Group is a group of agencies that has received the largest number of awards in Russia, has won recognition at festivals such as Cannes Media Lions, Golden Hammer, International Advertising Festivals in Kiev and Moscow, and others.
Each of the Agencies and Departments included in the OMD OM Group is headed by professionals recognized by the advertising community, who are real leaders for their teams. The Group has created and operates its own OMD Academy, an internal Professional Success competition is held, designed to identify and mark the most striking works. Demanding the results of each employee's work does not interfere with maintaining team spirit and an atmosphere of mutual support.
