O-Two Medical Technologies is a medical ventilator development and manufacturing company. It was founded in 1971 as O-Two Systems International.
The company produces transport ventilators, analgesic gas delivery systems, and emergency respiratory care equipment. It produces a manual resuscitation bags, oxygen regulation devices, resuscitation kits, oximeters, and ventilator mounting carts.
The company has two lines of ventilators, the eSeries and CAREvent ventilators. The eSeries is three cart based electronic ventilators the e500, e600, and e700. The CAREvent ventilator line are pneumatic ventilators which features auto-cycling function for patients moving in and out of respiratory failure.
It also produces single use emergency CPAP devices.
COVID-19
Due to the outbreak of the novel COVID-19 (coronavirus), the need and demand for ventilators has increased due to the impact of severe coronavirus cases in hospitals that require the use of ventilators. O-Two Medical has partnered with the Provine of Ontario to manufacture 10,000 ventilators to support hospitals during the pandemic.
