Myles Kennedy, born Myles Richard Bass on November 27, 1969, is an American musician, singer, and songwriter. Kennedy is best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the rock band Alter Bridge. Born in Boston, Kennedy holds United States nationality, and he is currently located in Spokane, Washington.
Kennedy pursued his education at Mead High School and later attended Spokane Falls Community College. Throughout his career, he has incorporated various genres into his music, including hard rock, alternative metal, blues rock, traditional heavy metal, and post-grunge. In addition to these genres, Kennedy has also dabbled in jazz and blues.
