Mobi2Go is a digital ordering platform that allows hospitality businesses to sell directly to customers. Customers order and pay for food from online menus using their mobile or desktop device.
Mobi2Go’s online ordering services are white labeled and integrate with restaurant point of sale (POS) systems including Square, Lightspeed, Kounta and GetSwift. They also offer payment processing, backed by Stripe.
The company operates globally, with teams based in Wellington, New Zealand and Melbourne, Australia.
The company was founded in 2010 and initially worked closely with local pizza and burger chains in Wellington. Over the next few years, they grew their client base and in 2016 opened their office in Melbourne to help service a growing list of Australian hospitality clients.
In March 2019 Mobi2Go announced an initial $5 million dollar Series A investment round backed by venture capitalist fund Movac.
