Mikhail Fradkov

Mikhail Fradkov (born September 1, 1950), is a Russian politician and economist . He was born as Mikhail Efimovich Fradkov in Samara and holds citizenship from both the Soviet Union and Russia . Fradkov is a graduate of STANKIN and the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade .

He has been awarded several accolades, including the Order of Alexander Nevsky , multiple classes of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" , the Order of Courage , the Order of Honor , and the Medal "In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow" .
