Mike Dirnt

Mike Dirnt, born Michael Ryan Pritchard on May 4, 1972, is an American musician, bassist, and songwriter. He was born in Berkeley, California and holds United States citizenship. Mike Dirnt attended Salesian High School in Richmond, California, and later Pinole Valley High School.

Known for his pseudonym Mike Dirnt and aliases Van Gough and Mike Dirnt, Dirnt has played various genres of music throughout his career, including pop punk, power pop, alternative rock, punk rock, pop rock, and garage rock.

Dirnt is not only a bassist and musician but also a songwriter.
