Mehul Patel

Mehul "Mike" Patel is an early investor in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Patel grew up participating in extreme sports such as Kickboxing and car racing. He attended He attended Savitribai Phule Pune University where he graduated with a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication. He earned his Master's degree in Digital Sound Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's in New Media, Digital Media from New York University.

Career

Patel was a Project Manager for a few businesses in India before becoming VP of Business Development at Find Skills Inc, in New Jersey. In 1999, Patel became the CEO of the New Media company KIPL.Net and later moved positions to Managing Director in 2003. Patel was the CEO of the Singapore and India based Designer Mobile Content and Value Added services firm Mozomo.mobi and Mentor and Advisor to the CEO at D7 TV in San Francisco. He later became the Founding Partner at NETWORK PRIVE, a luxury consulting company based in Mumbai, and expanded its services to some notbale brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Audi, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH), Rémy Martin Louis XXII, Jimmy Choo, and Bottega Veneta.
