Markus Schulz

Markus Schulz is a German-American disc jockey, composer, and record producer. He was born on February 3, 1975, in Eschwege, Germany. Schulz holds dual citizenship in both Germany and the United States.

Schulz primarily focuses on electronic and trance music genres. Over his career, he has also used various pseudonyms, such as Dakota, Himmel, and San Andreas Soundlab.

As an artist and musician, he is based out of Miami, Florida. Schulz was educated at Leominster High School. He is also the founder of Coldharbour Recordings, a record label.
