Marcau Partners

Marcau Partners was founded in 2018 by Benjamin Solenthaler, David Hug, and Thomas Kaiser. Marcau Partners provides portfolio management and investment advising for entrepreneurs, founders, and corporate investors, with what they refer to as Venture Capital as as Service. The company acts as an external fund advisor; helps develop a start-up ecosystem; provides advising with investment guidelines and goals; and assists with networking with industry experts, business angels, former founders, and potential co-investors. The company aims to act as a "matchmaker" for founders and investors.

Since 2015, the firm has been the exclusive investment advisor for Ringier Digital Ventures, and for Lightbird Ventures AG since 2021. The Marcua Partners' team consists co-founders Benjamin Solenthaler, David Hug, and Thomas Kaiser, as well as partner Thomas Meier.
