1. Compensation plan

The reward plan is an integral part of the Marqar program.

This program is designed to help those who have the desire and intention to acquire and promote the goods and services of the company's partners in the Kazakhstani and international markets and receive a stable agency remuneration from the Company. A prerequisite for the inclusion of the Participant in the Remuneration Plan is the acquisition of the Company's case for personal use and its promotion on the market through sales.

The general terms and conditions for participation in the Marqar LLP Compensation Plan are described in Appendix No. 1 to the Paid Services Agreement (Agency Agreement).

2. Affiliate program

In accordance with the Marqar program, the Company attracts mainly national manufacturers and suppliers of goods, works and services to its Partnership Program, the purpose of which is to motivate and stimulate the population to consume national goods and services.

For manufacturers and suppliers who join the Partner Program, "Marqar" LLP provides its customer base.

"Marqar" LLP charges a commission from manufacturing companies and suppliers for providing customers.

The commission is a trade discount for "Marqar" LLP from manufacturers and suppliers included in the Partner Program based on the agreements reached.

Marqar LLP withholds a commission from the actual turnover generated by the consumers and agents of the Company.

The purchase of goods, works and services is carried out through online purchases on the platform (online store) Marqar LLP, which includes a delivery service.

3. Human Development Program

The development program is aimed at professional development and professional development of Marqar program participants, providing tools for learning in accordance with the Educational Case.

Participation in this program contributes to the development of personal and professional qualities, sets the basis for comprehensive development and self-improvement.
