Louis Gossett Jr.

Louis Gossett Jr. is an American actor born on May 27, 1936, in Brooklyn, New York. He is a television director, film producer, television producer, and writer. Gossett Jr. attended Abraham Lincoln High School and later obtained his education from New York University.

Some of his notable works include the 1977 miniseries "Roots," "The Laughing Policeman," "The Bushbaby," "Travels with My Aunt," "The White Dawn," "J.
