Librex Holding Inc. is the worldwide manufacturer and distributor of the Ritello home cleaning system. Librex’ Ritello distributors and dealers are located in 48 countries. Librex additionally produces and markets vacuum cleaner accessories, water filters, atmospheric water generators, and dental implant systems.

In 1987, the Bechalani brothers started reselling vacuum cleaners through the direct-selling method in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In 1989 they switched their sales operation to be involved in selling a water-filtration type of vacuum cleaner. By 2004, Librex started selling the Ritello in Munich, Germany. The success of the Ritello product led the network to span across 48 countries.
