Lacy Clay

William Lacy Clay , born on July 27, 1956 , is a politician from the United States . He was born in St. Louis and is the founder of the Congressional Black Caucus . Lacy Clay is also known by the name Lacy Clay .

Clay completed his education at Springbrook High School and later at the University of Maryland, College Park . His father, Bill Clay, was also a politician .
