Julien Bouteloup is the founder of Stake Capital Group, an investment company with a focus on the blockchain industry. Bouteloup also founded StakeDAO, a non-custodial platform offering investment opportunities; BlackPool Finance, a fund in the non-fungible token industry; and Rekt News, a decentralized finance (DeFi) and crypto media platform. He is also a contributor to Curve Finance, an automated market maker (AMM) protocol.
From 2007 to 2009, he pursued a Master's degree in computer science and electrical engineering, specializing in embedded systems, at Groupe des Ecoles des Mines, a French higher education institute. From 2008 to 2010, Bouteloup then pursued a Master's degree in electrical engineering, with a specialization in artificial intelligence (AI) and distributed systems at Union Graduate in New York.
In January 2017, Bouteloup established Doshbot LTD, a personal AI assistant utilizing blockchain technology to help users save money. In February 2017, he founded IDbox, a project aimed at providing a solution for identity verification in countries with limited access to electricity, internet, and smartphones. In November 2017, Bouteloup established Flyingcarpet, a decentralized layer for earth observation.
