In 2016, Cramer was featured on national daytime talk show Harry. Later that year, he was featured on the cover of American Profile magazine. In January 2017, he was featured alongside Lady Gaga and Daniel Lubetzky in sister publication Parade. In January 2018, Cramer was announced as one of Lady Gaga's Channel Kindness reporters for her Born this Way Foundation. On April 30, 2021, E! News honored Cramer as one of 13 Heroes Who Are Inspiring America. He has given 2 TEDx talks.
