Gerald Levert

Gerald Levert (born July 13, 1966, in Philadelphia) was an American singer, musician, composer, record producer, and actor. He was a citizen of the United States. Gerald Levert worked in various genres, including new jack swing, quiet storm, contemporary R&B, soul music, and swing music. He contributed to the music and music industry.

Levert received a Grammy Award for Best Traditional R&B Performance. He was the child of Eddie Levert, a noted musician, and was educated at Shaker Heights High School in Ohio. Gerald Levert died on November 10, 2006, in Cleveland.
