Errol Flynn

Errol Flynn was born on June 20, 1909, in Battery Point, Tasmania. His birth name was Errol Leslie Thomson Flynn and he was the son of Theodore Thomson Flynn. He attended Sydney Church of England Grammar School for his education.

Flynn held dual citizenship in the United States and Australia and was of Australian nationality. Throughout his career, Flynn held multiple occupations including an actor, character actor, screenwriter, film director, and he was known for his works in the Western genre.

Notably, he was the father of Sean Flynn, who would eventually become a photojournalist. Errol Flynn passed away on October 14, 1959, in Vancouver.
