Edward Poynter

Edward Poynter (born March 20, 1836, Paris) was a United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland citizen and a history painter. He was educated at Heatherley School of Fine Art and Ipswich School. Poynter's mother was Emma Forster, and his father was Ambrose Poynter.

Edward Poynter worked as an artist during his lifetime. He had a child named Ambrose Macdonald Poynter. Poynter died on July 26, 1919, in London.
