Donald Singleton

A Georgia native, Don founded Singleton Law Firm in 1999 as a continuation of his lifetime commitment to serving his state and community. Charismatic and personable, Don is known by his peers and clients as an attorney of integrity with a strong work ethic and a drive to successfully advocate for injured victims and their families.

Attorney Don Singleton has concentrated his trial practice on representing victims of serious injury and wrongful death arising out of trucking, car, bus, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and a wide variety of other causes. His success has resulted in his distinction as a peer-rated AV preeminent lawyer for over 25 years, ranked as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers, and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Don Singleton has recovered millions of dollars to help injured Georgians. Notably, Don was co-counsel in obtaining a record jury verdict against MARTA in the amount of $18,750,000 for a seriously brain injured client. Don has been featured by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine as one of Georgia’s “Superlawyers.”

Don earned degrees from the University of Georgia and Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. When not practicing law, Don is an avid rock climber and has climbed big walls in Yosemite, alpine climbs in Wyoming, Idaho, and all around the southeast. Don and his wife have two children and live in the Sandy Springs area.
