David Paich

David Frank Paich (born June 25, 1954) is an American pianist, songwriter, and record producer. Born in Los Angeles, Paich is a United States citizen. He is the son of renowned composer and arranger Marty Paich.

Paich's musical expertise expands across various genres, such as rock music, pop rock, jazz fusion, yacht rock, and pop. He was educated at Chaminade College Preparatory School (California) and Grant High School (Los Angeles).

Throughout his career, Paich has worked in multiple capacities, including as a pianist, songwriter, and record producer. His remarkable work in the music industry has garnered him prestigious awards, such as the Grammy Award for Best R&B Song and Grammy Award for Best Arrangement, Instrumental and Vocals.
