Clarence Cannon

Clarence Cannon (born Clarence Andrew Cannon) was an American politician, lawyer, teacher, clerk, author, and consultant in the field of parliamentarianism. He was born on April 11, 1879, in Elsberry, Missouri, and died on May 12, 1964, in Washington, D.C..
