Carl Rowan

Carl Rowan (1925-2000) was an American diplomat, author, writer, and journalist. He was born on August 11, 1925, in Ravenscroft, Tennessee, and held citizenship in the United States. Rowan studied at the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities).
