Candy Jar

Candy Jar was an online candy shop offering a pick-and-mix bulk candy-buying platform. The company was based in Seattle, Washington. The Candy Jar platform focused on personalization, offering a large selection (as many as 5,000 different candy options by 2015) and allowing users to order in "scoops" and customize their orders to their preferences.

Candy Jar was founded by Ben London, Rob Fletcher, Shelby Severin, and Alvin Ko in 2014 after raising 20,000 through a Kickstarter campaign. The following year, the company participated in the Class 61 - Seattle 2015 Fall cohort of Techstars, raising an estimated $118,000.
