Boris Pasternak

Boris Pasternak was a Russian writer, poet, novelist, playwright, and pianist. He was born on February 10, 1890, in Moscow, Russian Empire, and was a citizen of both the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. He passed away on May 30, 1960, in Peredelkino, Russia.

Pasternak studied at the University of Marburg and Moscow State University. He was the son of Leonid Pasternak and Rosalia Isidorovna Pasternak.

Throughout his career, Boris Pasternak received various awards, including the 1958 Nobel Prize in Literature, the Medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", and the Medal "For the Defense of Moscow". His work spans across the fields of literature, as an author and writer.
