Users can filter their search on the app to shortlist business and service providers. The app handles the conversations for discussion about the problem and solution, and agree on a payment structure and rate to be released after the work is complete. During the ongoing service, a user can track updates provided by the service provider through the app. The app also tracks expense history for the user.

Service providers can upload their qualification certificates for verification. Service providers can get reviews and ratings from users based on their quality of work. The reviews are made public to help other users find reliable professionals and businesses.

As of March 2019, the company is also working on other applications and solutions, including a virtual reality application, running companion application, and a networking platform.
