Arkady Gaidar

Arkady Gaidar, born in Lgov, Kursk Oblast, was a Russian writer, screenwriter, journalist, and war correspondent. He held the citizenship of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. Gaidar was born on January 9, 1904, and died in Kaniv Raion on October 26, 1941. He was also known by the alias Golikov.

Arkady Gaidar's works were primarily in the genres of children's literature and stories. He was the father of Timur Gaidar. Throughout his career, Gaidar contributed to the industries of literature, authorship, and writing.
