Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar, born as Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia on September 9, 1968, is an Indian film actor, producer, and martial artist. He was born in Amritsar, India and holds dual citizenship in India and Canada. Kumar is the owner and founder of Hari Om Entertainment, a film production company.

Akshay Kumar has a vast filmography with over 150 films to his name including Rustom, Khiladi (film series), and the Housefull (film series). Some of his other notable works include Hera Pheri (film series), Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, and Kesari. In addition to his work in films, Kumar has also appeared in several Indian television shows such as MasterChef India, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

Akshay Kumar has received numerous awards for his work in the entertainment industry, such as the National Film Awards, Padma Shri, IIFA Awards, and Filmfare Awards. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Law.

Kumar attended Don Bosco High School, Matunga during his early years and is currently married to Twinkle Khanna.
