Sector agnostic, 4th Level Ventures is focused on investing in companies whose intellectual property arises from university research in order to commercialize these business opportunities. They develop partnerships between business leaders, investors, universities and financial institutions to grow these investment opportunities. Their output has been boosted by government investment for research from 2002-2006 totaling €2.5 billion.
