3i Infrastructure

The company was launched by way of an initial public offering in 2007. The company acquired, through its holding company known as Oystercatcher, three oil-tanking storage terminals in the Netherlands, Malta and Singapore in 2007. It acquired further stakes in oil-tanking businesses in 2015. The oil-tanking business generated a significant share of the company's returns in subsequent years.
