We are developing a complete on-chain environment around private Feedback based on:

1. Our novel “Proof of Feedback” (PoF) protocol, which will grant our token to customers that communicate useful and private feedback through our platform to companies and organisations worldwide.

2. Our wide range of products and services (for both customers and organisations), that encourage feedback aiming for the excellence of products, services and business processes, in order to improve the world.

A private feedback platform between consumers and companies. It is the gateway for offering our services to companies and clients and for selling our products to companies. Already available in Spanish. More than 400,000 feedbacks sent. 89% of users who have tried it state that they will use it again.

If the users of EasyFeedback.com are not satisfied with the resolution of the claim or feedback they sent, we offer legal advice services. Already available in Spain, Colombia and Mexico.

EasyFeedback PRO subscription is the first of our six products aimed to help businesses achieve the excellence in customer care. Already available in Spanish.

Feedback to Earn

Users sending feedback to companies or institutions through our platform will receive EASYF tokens based on its usefulness. They may be exchanged for products, services or gift cards in our EasyFeedback marketplace, used in supported debit cards or traded in Exchanges. Based on the amount of EASYF staked, discounts on fees will be granted.

Jurors

Based on the professional experience and the feedback sent, it will be possible to apply for being a juror of the protocol and receive EASYF for it. In order to do so, a minimum amount of EASYF tokens must be staked beforehand.

Governance

EASYF token holders will be able to participate in the project’s decision making processes.

Organisations

We are developing 6 services for companies: 1. EasyFeedback PRO , 2. EasyFeedback IoT, 3. EasyFeedback Health, 4. EasyFeedback Survey, 5. EasyFeedback Review, 6. EasyFeedback Stats. Organisations and institutions willing to hire any of them will need to stake a minimum amount of EASYF tokens beforehand. In addition they will have to purchase EASYF tokens in order to reward users for their feedback (except for the PRO subscription).

Our services will be represented by NFTs, minted on the Polygon network and available at Opensea.

Each of them will grant a specific timeframe for using the service, from the very exact moment it was purchased. Through an automatized process, 20% of the service fee (NFTs’ price) will be spent in carrying out EASYF open market buy-backs in order to reduce the circulating supply. Half of them will be burned while the other half will be introduced again into the Total Supply in order for them to get minted again in the future by the protocol.
