Yves Klein (born April 28, 1928 in Nice, France) was a French artist and photographer known for his work in various genres, including conceptual art, abstractionism, figurativism, abstract art, and figurative art. He was the founder of Nouveau réalisme and is the author of works such as Blue Venus, Untitled blue monochrome (IKB 82), Anthropometry of the Blue Period, and Anthropometry: Princess Helena.
Yves Klein studied at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales and held both French citizenship and the occupation of being a person, specifically an artist. His parents were Fred Klein and Marie Raymond, and he had a child named Yves Klein.
