From April 2011 to January 2012, Yuri Dud worked as a special correspondent and commentator in the sports editorial office of NTV-Plus. Also on the eve of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Yuri took part in an advertising campaign and became the face of the Head & Shoulders brand.
In May 2017, he starred as himself in Vasya Oblomov's music video for the song "Carry Bullshit".
He took the 50th place among Russian celebrities in the Forbes magazine rating published at the end of July 2018.

In 2019, Dud became the author of two documentaries on the history of Russia: "Kolyma is the birthplace of our fear" and "Beslan. Remember." In February 2020, the journalist released a documentary on the HIV situation in Russia - "HIV in Russia is an epidemic that is not talked about."
As of August 2020, the total number of video views on the journalist's YouTube channel has exceeded the mark of 1 billion views. The most popular video of the channel - a film about the IT capital of the world - has more than 37 million views.
