Vyacheslav Khrustalev was born in 1947 in Uzbekistan. He also started playing football there. At the age of 18, he joined Dynamo Minsk. The goalkeeper played for the club for many years, after which he left for Mogilev Dnipro. Returning to Minsk, he became a coach at the Sports school-3 of the BFSO Dynamo, then its director. Since 1994, he has been the director of the Dynamo stadium. During this time, the stadium has undergone reconstruction and has become the way we all remember it. Vyacheslav Egorovich really wanted to make Dynamo one of the best arenas in Europe, where football matches of the highest level could be held. He dreamed that one day his stadium would host the final of the UEFA Cup or the Champions League. But the plans did not come true. Khrustalev died suddenly in October 2004.
